Integration of third-party services and content

Social networks

We have included links on our website to the social networks of LinkedIn and Twitter. These are not social media plugins. Therefore, when you call up our site, no direct connection is established with the servers of the social networks. The graphics embedded on our website only contain an HTTP link that establishes a connection to the respective social network only after clicking once. With the click on the graphic, data is forwarded to the respective social network, and the login mask of the respective social network is called up in a separate window. If you are already logged into the social network simultaneously, a direct connection to your user account will only be established when you call up the login screen.

At no time does SWIM receive information about your registration and usage details in the social networks.

Deletion of personal data

We store personal data of the data subject only for the period of time necessary to achieve the purpose of the storage. If the purpose of the storage no longer applies or if a storage period expires, the personal data will be deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Statistical analysis of visitor access

Your IP address is already anonymized before it is transmitted to our server (deletion of the last two number blocks) so that you as a user remain anonymous to us. The usage information (including your shortened IP address) is stored in cookies, transmitted to our server, and processed for usage analysis. The usage analysis serves to optimize our websites. The information about your use of our website will not be passed on to third parties unless we are obliged to hand it over, e.g., due to a court order.

Attention: If you delete your cookies, this will also delete the opt-out cookie. You will then have to carry out the deactivation again.

You can decide whether a web analysis cookie may be placed to allow the website operator to collect and analyze your statistical data. If you do not want your data to be collected and analyzed, please click at the bottom of the page to drop the Matomo/ Piwik deactivation cookie.

Automated decision making or profiling

As a matter of principle, we do not use fully-automated decision-making pursuant to Article 22 DSGVO. However, should we use these procedures in individual cases, we will inform you separately if this is required by law.
